Kiyoshi Kobayashi was a Japanese actor, voice actor and narrator from Tokyo. He was attached to the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society. He was a graduate of the Tokyo Metropolitan Koishikawa High School and the arts department of Nihon University.
